10.3 Feedback

Any feedback you provide grants us the right to use it without compensation or attribution.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may link to or integrate with Apple App Store, Apple Game Center, social media, analytics providers, and advertising networks. These services have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages from any cause, including lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or reputation. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the preceding 12 months or $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions may not permit these limitations.
